Master Li Junfeng
Master Li, founder of the international Sheng Zhen movement, achieved international fame as a popular film actor, action director, and coach of the Beijing Wushu team. At the height of his career, his success brought him into contact with a spiritual master who taught him a simple yet profound meditation technique: the Unification of the Three Hearts. His meditation practice subsequently led to a life-changing revelation that planted the seed of Sheng Zhen meditation in his heart, and he left China to spread this message of unconditional love throughout the world.
Today, Master Li teaches primarily in Asia, but also offers online courses. For more information, visit shengzhen.org .

Teacher Jing
Teacher Jing, born in Beijing and living in Germany, learned Wushu from her father, Li Junfeng. His expertise as head coach of the Chinese women's national Wushu team significantly influenced her education. Jing also studied at the Örebro University School of Health Sciences in Sweden.
Today, she teaches worldwide and serves as a leading instructor for Sheng Zhen training. She also developed Tai Chi Relaxation, a system of movements that simultaneously encourages mindfulness and stimulates vitality.
Every spring, Teacher Jing Sheng Zhen teaches meditation and Tai Chi relaxation in Switzerland. Further offerings—also online—can be found at shenzhen.org and jingtaichi.com .

Karma Tsultim Namdak
Karma Tsultim Namdak was born in the Himalayas in Sikkim and spent many years as a monk in the Tibetan Buddhist monastery of the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa in Rumtek. After moving to Europe, he suffered from severe back pain.
"When I first encountered Sheng Zhen Qi Gong, I really wasn't thinking about attending a course. I simply wanted to heal my back so I could walk and sleep normally again. I had to go through very difficult times—perhaps just like many other people, as my body reacted to the changes in my life with a herniated disc."
Tsultim is now pain-free and is motivated to teach this practice to others.

Lama Irene
Lama Irene is a Swiss Buddhist nun. She first encountered Buddhist meditation in the USA in 1979. From 1986 to 1994, she participated in two three-year retreats and was introduced to the transmission of the Karma Kagyu lineage by meditation master Gendün Rinpoche.
She discovered the practice of Sheng Zhen through Karma Tsultim Namdak. Inspired by its lasting and beneficial effects, she is actively committed to spreading this practice in Switzerland. She has organized numerous workshops with Karma Tsultim Namdak and Teacher Jing, accompanying them with Buddhist meditations.
Fabienne Müller
I am a Sheng Zhen practitioner with deep conviction – and have been for over 20 years. My journey began at a young age when I was going through a difficult phase in my life and was searching for inner stability. Although I was healthy on the outside, I felt emotionally exhausted.
Daily practice helped me to find myself again. With every mindful movement, with every breath, calm, clarity and strength returned to my life. What was initially a necessity became, over time, an integral, vibrant part of my everyday life – and ultimately my path.
Through practice, I found my way back to my centre. The gentle movements and the connection between breath and mindfulness gave me strength, clarity and a new zest for life. I was particularly influenced by the teachings of Karma Tsultrim, whose presence and depth inspire me again and again.
