About the event
"Beauty and love can awaken consciousness. The aim of this series of movements is to support us in our search for love and for a land of peace and tranquillity. This form creates a heavenly environment."
Heaven Earth Heart is practised while sitting on a chair or meditation cushion. The sixteen meditative movements, accompanied by contemplations, help to gradually open the energy channels and the heart, calm the mind and expand consciousness. Everyone is welcome !
Time
Every Thursday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.
Course price
25 CHF per lesson or 120 CHF for the whole course.
