About the event
Heaven Earth Heart
Beauty and love can awaken consciousness. That is the purpose of the Heaven Earth Heart movement sequence – to support people in their search for love and for a place of peace and tranquillity.
"Heaven Earth Heart" is practised while sitting on a meditation cushion or on a chair or stool. The form consists of sixteen meditative movements accompanied by contemplations, which effectively help to open the heart and energy channels, calm the mind and expand consciousness. The gentle movements make the body supple and light and stimulate the self-healing powers.
In this weekend course, Karma Tsultrim Namdak introduces the movement sequence. By the end of the weekend, participants will have established a foundation for continuing their individual practice. The training is complemented by relaxation and silent meditation to enable deep rest and recuperation.

Saturday 28 Februar: 10h-13h & 15h-18h
Sunday 1 March: 10h-13h & 14h-16h
Place
Dance hall of the OMS St-Ursula:
Alte Simplonstrasse 42 - 3900 Brig,
ca. 15 minutes by foot from the railway station.
Costs
Early birds until 15.01.2026: 260 CHF
Late birds: 300 CHF
Accommodation
We recommend the St Ursula guest house. Located in a special spot in the old town of Brig, it warmly welcomes refugees and asylum seekers into its business.
Other accommodation options: Haus Schönstatt or a hotel in Brig.
Lunch
Individual lunch on Saturday. There are various restaurants nearby.
Joint picnic on site on Sunday.
